Job Description:
Seeking candidates with experience in the automobile industry; freshers are also welcome.
Experience range: 0–5 years (Telesales background preferred).
Language requirements: Fluent in English, above-average Hindi, and basic Kannada.
Work schedule: 6 days with 1 rotational or fixed day off (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Work Location:Mahadevpura, Bangalore
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional languages).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills for closing deals.
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Patience and good listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
