Job Description

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports.


    • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

    • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].

    • Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus.

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

    • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
