Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and/or inbound calls to customers to promote products or services, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain good customer relations. This role is best suited for individuals with strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Whether it’s sales, lead generation, or customer support, the Telecaller will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for the customer and achieving business goals.
1. Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain the benefits, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Staying up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner

Provide detailed information and explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly

Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (based on job role)

Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the database/CRM

Follow up with interested customers to convert them into confirmed clients

Handle customer objections or queries with patience and product knowledge

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by the team leader

Maintain a courteous and friendly tone on every call
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.

Basic computer skills – MS Excel, email, CRM tools, etc.

Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and patience

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Sales ability or customer service orientation (depending on the nature of the job)

Good organizational and multitasking skills
