Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers.
· Handle incoming calls and provide information about products/services.
· Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
· Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
· To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
· To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within the business sectors.
· Handling Customers & their complaints
· Feedback callings
· Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures
· To convert the calls to new business leads.
· To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Engage with potential customers via phone to provide information about our car dealership services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client communication to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
· To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
· To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within the business sectors.
