Job Description
We need candidates for telecalling for loan health insurance
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Explain loan options (personal, home, business) and health insurance policies.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial and insurance solutions.
2. Product Explanation & Sales Conversion:
- Educate customers on loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and policy coverage.
- Answer queries regarding loan applications, documentation, and claim processes.
- Persuade customers to opt for financial products or upgrade their existing plans.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals and ensure smooth documentation.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide after-sales support and guidance on policy renewals or loan repayment queries.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales.
- Assist in completing loan or insurance application forms and documentation.
