Customer Support via Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries related to financial products, services, or digital transactions.
Product Information: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and usage of fintech services such as digital wallets, loans, credit platforms, or investment tools.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to payments, account access, KYC verification, or app usage promptly and professionally.
Compliance and Data Handling: Follow data protection and compliance guidelines (e.g., KYC, RBI norms) while collecting or sharing customer information.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on services and relay insights to relevant departments to help improve user experience and service offerings
