Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

Conduct sales calls to generate leads, pitch new offers, and upsell or cross-sell services/products.

Follow a predefined script or sales pitch while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Provide detailed information about products, services, or special promotions to customers.

Inbound Calls Handling:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance regarding queries, issues, or requests.
-
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
-
Provide information on product availability, order status, account details, or service features.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and queries.
-
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure that services or products are delivered and meet their expectations.

Lead Generation and Sales:
-
Identify and qualify sales leads by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.

Achieve monthly or weekly sales targets by converting leads into actual sales or appointments.

Update the CRM system with accurate customer information, call notes, and sales progress.

Make cold calls and follow-up calls to prospects and previous customers to generate new business.

Maintaining Call Records:

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Update customer databases with call outcomes, contact information, and specific details of conversations.

Ensure follow-up reminders are set for specific customer requests or actions.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product or service features, promotions, and updates to provide customers with accurate information.

Be able to answer customer questions regarding the features, benefits, and specifications of products or services offered.

Tailor communication to the customer’s needs based on their profile and requirements.

Performance Tracking:

Meet individual performance goals, including the number of calls made, sales conversion rates, or customer satisfaction levels.

Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while ensuring the quality of calls.

Monitor call success rates, customer feedback, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Handling Customer Complaints and Feedback:

Address customer complaints politely and professionally, resolving issues in a manner that satisfies both the company and the customer.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors or higher-level management when necessary.

Collect feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

Compliance and Reporting:

Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.
