Job Description

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present our plots or services, answer questions about them, and ultimately persuade them to make a purchase or donation.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential customers through telephone calls.
  • Provide information about our products or services.
  • Persuade interested customers to make a purchase or donation.
  • Record customer details including their reactions to the products or services offered.
  • Answer any questions or concerns they might have.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into the system.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  • Conduct surveys or polls as necessary.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
