Job Description
NEETSupport is looking for a dedicated and student-friendly Female Telecaller to assist NEET aspirants and their parents with accurate information, guidance, and enrollment support. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, explaining NEET preparation services, and ensuring a smooth communication experience for students.
Key Responsibilities-
Make outbound calls to NEET aspirants and parents to provide information about NEETSupport services, courses, and guidance programs.

Handle inbound inquiries related to NEET preparation, counseling sessions, course details, pricing, and study support.

Maintain a strong understanding of NEET syllabus, preparation strategies, exam patterns, and NEETSupport offerings.

Guide students in selecting the right course or support plan based on their academic needs.

Generate and qualify leads from various campaign sources.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Schedule demo classes, counseling sessions, and follow-up calls.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Respond politely to concerns raised by students/parents and escalate complex issues to senior counselors or team leaders.

Collaborate with the counseling and sales team to improve student communication and service delivery.

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Prior telecalling or counseling experience in the education sector (NEET/medical coaching) is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi as per requirement).

Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with students and parents.

Basic knowledge of NEET exam pattern and preparation flow.

Ability to convince, counsel, and guide students confidently.

Good computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.

Patience, professionalism, and positive attitude.
