Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to leads provided by the company or acquired through marketing campaigns.

Introduce and explain the company’s loan services (personal loans, business loans, education loans, etc.) and investment solutions (mutual funds, SIPs, fixed deposits, etc.).

Educate customers on features, benefits, eligibility, interest rates, expected returns, and application procedures.
2. Lead Qualification & Generation:
-
Identify interested and eligible customers through structured questioning.
-
Capture relevant financial and personal information (e.g., income, employment type, investment goals) to assess eligibility.

Share qualified leads with the field sales or relationship management team for further follow-up.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential and existing clients through follow-up calls.

Address basic questions about financial products and direct complex queries to senior advisors or sales specialists.

Maintain a professional and helpful tone at all times, focusing on customer satisfaction and clarity.
4. Follow-ups & Conversion Support:
-
Track leads that require additional follow-up and schedule timely callbacks.

Assist in the pre-sales process by confirming interest, gathering documentation, and helping with application steps (if trained).

Support other sales team members by preparing client summaries, sending brochures, or sharing product links via WhatsApp or email.
5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily records of calls made, leads generated, follow-up status, and customer feedback in CRM or Excel.

Share end-of-day reports with supervisors on performance metrics like call count, leads qualified, and conversion status.

Highlight any customer concerns or market trends noticed during calls.
6. Team Collaboration & Learning:

Attend product training sessions to stay updated on new services, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.

Participate in daily team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.

Contribute feedback on call scripts or campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in English and regional language(s). Ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language.

Sales Mindset: Target-driven, persistent, and confident in influencing customer decisions.

Basic Financial Knowledge: Understanding of loans, investments, interest rates, and returns is preferred (training can be provided).

Listening Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, financial goals, and objections carefully.

CRM Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel sheets, or mobile-based sales applications.

Customer Handling: Professional, polite, and solution-oriented approach during conversations.

Time Management: Ability to manage a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions and proper documentation.
