Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our loan and investment products clearly, answer their queries, and follow up for conversions. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales and customer service, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.

Explain loan and investment services in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner.

Answer customer queries accurately and provide relevant information.

Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Achieve or exceed daily calling and conversion targets.

Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer contacted.

Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English and local language(s) preferred.

Pleasant phone manner and ability to engage customers effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with using CRM or call logging software.

Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation.

Quick learner with a desire to grow in sales or customer service roles.
