Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 + incentives per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to make calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Lead Generation: Contact potential customers (leads) to promote products or services and schedule appointments or sales meetings.

Product Promotion: Educate and inform customers about new products, offers, or services through persuasive and clear communication.

Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to check on their satisfaction, offer additional products, or gather feedback.
2. Inbound Calling and Customer Service:

Answering Queries: Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.

Issue Resolution: Provide solutions to customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues in a polite and professional manner.

Customer Retention: Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
3. Sales and Lead Conversion:

Sales Pitch: Deliver clear, concise, and engaging sales pitches to convert leads into customers.

Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products/services.

Closing Deals: Persuade customers to take action, finalize sales, or sign contracts.
4. Database Management:

CRM Updates: Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Tracking Leads: Keep track of all interactions with customers and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.

Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and sales progress.
5. Product and Market Knowledge:

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product features, services, offers, and pricing in order to answer customer questions effectively.

Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve products or services.
6. Reporting:

Daily Reports: Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, sales achieved, and customer feedback to the Telecalling Manager.

Performance Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration:

Teamwork: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business goals.

Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with other departments to share customer feedback, insights, and potential opportunities for business growth.
