We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The primary role of a Telecaller is to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. They are responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. In customer support roles, telecallers assist in resolving complaints, gathering feedback, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, confidence on the phone, and the ability to handle pressure in a target-driven environment. A successful telecaller should be persuasive, customer-focused, and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on provided leads or contact lists.

Introduce and explain the company’s products, services, or offerings clearly and persuasively.

Follow scripts or create customized pitches to engage customers and address their needs.

Generate interest, answer initial queries, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings if required.

Keep track of call outcomes and customer responses for reporting and analysis.
2. Inbound Call Handling (if applicable):

Answer incoming calls from customers or prospects in a professional and timely manner.

Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or issues effectively.

Route calls to the appropriate department or escalate issues as needed.
3. Lead Conversion and Sales Support:

Identify opportunities to convert calls into leads, sales, or appointments.

Maintain knowledge of product offerings, features, and benefits to address objections and questions confidently.

Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets set by the manager.
4. Customer Follow-Up:

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential or existing customers to nurture leads and maintain relationships.

Update customers about promotions, new products, or service changes.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and helpful communication.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Update contact details and track the status of leads and follow-up activities.

Generate and submit reports on call performance and feedback received from customers.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (as required).

Confidence and Clarity: Clear speaking voice with good pronunciation and articulation.

Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
