Business Loan Sales

Timing 10am to 5.30pm
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or self-sourced databases.

Introduce and explain business loan products clearly and convincingly to prospects.

Understand the customer’s financial requirements and assess eligibility based on preliminary information.

Maintain a high volume of daily calls to ensure continuous lead engagement.
2. Product Promotion and Sales Conversion:

Promote features of various business loan offerings including:
-
Unsecured business loans
-
Working capital loans
-
Term loans
-
MSME loans
-
Machinery/equipment loans
-
-
Explain product benefits, interest rates, tenure, documentation requirements, and repayment terms.

Address customer objections effectively and guide them towards completing the loan process.

Follow up regularly with potential leads to maximize conversion.
3. Data Management and Reporting:

Accurately update lead information, interaction status, and feedback in the CRM or lead management system.

Generate daily call logs and share conversion data with the team leader or manager.

Track application progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth disbursement.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Handle inbound inquiries related to business loans and provide accurate and relevant information.

Ensure a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Build long-term relationships with potential customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
5. Coordination and Compliance:

Coordinate with the credit team, documentation team, and loan processing departments.

Ensure all customer documents collected are complete and valid for loan processing.

Adhere strictly to company policies and RBI/industry compliance norms in customer interaction and data handling.
