Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Domestic Telecaller to communicate with customers within India. The role involves making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to provide information, promote products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to domestic customers or handle inbound inquiries

Explain products, services, or offers clearly and politely

Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues

Follow call scripts and company guidelines

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, or calling software)

Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally

Sales or customer service experience preferred (freshers can apply)

Active listening and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:

Domestic calling only (within India)

Office-based / Work-from-home (as per company policy)

Fixed shift / Day shift
