Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling communication with business partners, addressing their queries, maintaining order and logistics updates, and ensuring accurate data management.

Make outbound calls to business partners regarding their orders, logistics status, and concerns.

Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain and update data records related to orders, logistics, and issue resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports for management.

Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through effective communication.

Female candidate preferred.

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

Proven experience as a telecaller/customer support executive will be an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management.

Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
-
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
