Job Summary

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. The role involves lead generation, customer follow-ups, resolving queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Role description:

1) Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone

2) Role entails working only in Day shift

3) Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically

4) Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy

5) Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.

6) Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers

7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes

8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

  • Make cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
  • Convince customers to buy products or avail services.
  • Maintain a customer database and track interactions.

3. Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Answer customer queries and address concerns professionally.
  • Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on calling activities.
  • Work with the sales team to improve customer outreach strategies.
