Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, or clients to introduce company products/services.

Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, answering queries and providing detailed information about products/services.

Assist in making cold calls to generate leads, set appointments, and promote marketing campaigns.

Promote and cross-sell other products/services during calls to increase company revenue.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
-
Gather information from calls and qualify leads for the sales team or management to follow up.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM software, including contact details, inquiries, preferences, and feedback.

Track and report on call outcomes, lead status, and appointment-setting results.
3. Customer Service:
-
Resolve customer complaints or queries effectively and professionally.

Assist customers with issues, such as product troubleshooting, service delays, billing inquiries, or general concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering solutions and escalating complex issues to senior management if necessary.
4. Data Entry and Reporting:

Keep records of daily calls, sales conversions, and customer issues.

Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with call logs, customer interactions, and progress updates.

Generate reports on daily/weekly/monthly call activities and performance metrics.
5. Appointment Scheduling (if applicable):

Schedule appointments for sales representatives, field agents, or managers with qualified leads.

Confirm appointment details with customers and ensure they are prepared for upcoming meetings or calls.
6. Sales Target Achievement (if applicable):

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call volume and sales targets as set by the company or department.

Actively pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.

Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
7. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, sales departments, and supervisors to optimize productivity and achieve business objectives.

Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, sales targets, and new promotional campaigns.

Share feedback or insights with the team on customer behavior, market trends, or common inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
