Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your goal is to maintain a high conversion rate while providing excellent customer service. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided leads or contact lists.
- Introduce the company’s products or services and explain features and benefits.
- Follow a prepared script when handling different topics but adapt the approach based on the customer's responses.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and pass them to the sales team if required.
Inbound Support:
- Answer incoming calls from customers or prospects.
- Provide information about the company’s products, pricing, availability, or services.
- Resolve queries or route calls to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Maintain a polite and professional manner during all interactions.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Collect and update customer contact details and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads or confirm appointments.
- Track and report daily call activity, lead status, and outcomes of conversations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections or concerns effectively to increase the chance of conversion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Encourage feedback and resolve complaints when necessary.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter accurate and complete information from every call into the system.
- Maintain a clean and updated customer database.
- Generate and submit daily reports of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups done.
- Analyze calling data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
