Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales, provide information, or offer support based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident tone, and the ability to persuade or assist customers effectively.
Telecallers play a vital role in customer engagement, lead generation, feedback collection, or sales follow-up. This role may be focused on inbound or outbound calling, and may involve working in sectors such as banking, insurance, real estate, healthcare, education, or e-commerce.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
