We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our immigration firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, handling inquiries, and scheduling consultations.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with potential clients

Provide basic information about visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)

Maintain call records and update client database

Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Basic knowledge of immigration processes is a plus

Ability to handle targets and work in a team

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
Convincing ability and confidence while speaking

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

Ability to handle pressure and rejection

Active listening and problem-solving skills
