Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, promote products or services, and maintain positive relationships with customers. The role primarily focuses on communication skills, persuasive ability, and customer service excellence. Telecallers act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with information, clarifying queries, and convincing them to take desired actions such as purchasing a product, booking an appointment, or subscribing to a service.
This position is ideal for candidates who are confident, have good verbal communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people over the phone.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
