Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers or leads provided by the company.

Initiate calls with potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.

Follow up on leads from various sources such as online inquiries, marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion
-
Understand customer needs, pitch relevant offerings, and generate interest in the product or service.

Convert cold leads into warm leads and assist the sales team in closing deals.
-
Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-ups for the field sales or marketing team if needed.
3. Product/Service Explanation
-
Clearly explain the features, benefits, and advantages of the company’s offerings.

Address customer questions, provide additional information, and clarify doubts in a professional and helpful manner.

Customize the pitch based on the customer profile and conversation flow.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly communication.
-
Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all interactions.

Gather customer feedback and report it to the appropriate department.
5. Data Management and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, feedback, and status of leads.

Update lead management tools, CRM systems, or Excel sheets as per company processes.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to call outcomes, lead progress, and achievements.
6. Handling Inbound Calls (If applicable)

Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information or support.

Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries or direct them to the relevant department.

Maintain courteous behavior and resolve issues when possible during the call.
7. Target Achievement
-
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Follow guidelines and scripts where applicable, but also exercise independent judgment when necessary.

Continuously improve calling techniques based on feedback and training.
8. Compliance and Conduct
-
Follow ethical calling practices and comply with DND (Do Not Disturb) norms and applicable telecommunication regulations.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Adhere to company rules and code of conduct in both written and verbal communication.
