Job Description

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling (Sales or Lead Generation)

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases or contact lists.

  • Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.

  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the field sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes.

2. Inbound Calling (Customer Support or Query Handling)

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries, complaints, or requests.

  • Provide product information, pricing details, and process-related guidance.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering accurate and timely information.

3. Customer Relationship and Retention

  • Build positive relationships with customers through polite, professional communication.

  • Follow up with existing clients for renewals, repeat sales, or feedback.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure long-term client retention.

4. Data Management and Reporting

  • Update CRM tools or call logs with relevant information from conversations.

  • Maintain call records, feedback forms, and performance tracking sheets.

  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with supervisors on call volume, lead status, and closures.

5. Meeting Targets and KPIs

  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets (number of calls, leads, or sales).

  • Consistently meet quality assurance standards in communication and service delivery.

  • Attend regular training and feedback sessions to improve call quality and product knowledge.
