Telecaller position is open for immediate hiring
Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling incoming calls to generate sales, collect information, provide customer support, or follow up on leads. This role is key to building strong relationships with customers, promoting products or services, and achieving business targets through direct communication over the phone.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- 12th grade or higher education
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- Basic computer skills
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Graduate degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).

Any certification or training in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
Experience:

Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome.
Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and Email.

Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or call center software is a plus.

Typing and record-keeping skills for call documentation.
Communication Skills:

Clear, fluent verbal communication in the required languages (Hindi, English, regional languages as needed).

Polite, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.

Active listening and the ability to adapt the pitch according to customer tone.
Behavioral Skills:

Patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with different types of callers.

Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet call and sales targets.
