Job Role - Telecaller
Salary - 14000 To 32000 + PF + ESIC + Unlimited Incentives
Location - Goregaon, Mumbai
Female Candidate Require
Monday to Saturday Working
Time 10:30 am to 7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling and Lead Generation:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads or databases.

Present products and services over the phone in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

Generate interest in the company’s offerings and qualify leads based on specific criteria.

Handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers and provide detailed information about products or services.
2. Sales Conversion:

Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with interested prospects to guide them through the sales process.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment options with customers when necessary.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.

Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.

Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
4. Database and CRM Management:

Update customer information and maintain accurate call logs in CRM software or internal databases.

Track daily activities, call outcomes, and sales performance metrics.

Organize and manage call schedules to follow up with prospects effectively.
5. Reporting and Coordination:

Report daily progress and performance to the Sales Manager or Team Leader.

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.

Collaborate with field sales teams when necessary to close large or complex deals.

Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
