Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to make phone calls to potential or existing customers. The role involves promoting products or services, generating leads, providing customer support, and gathering information. Key Responsibilities
A. Outbound Calls & Lead Generation

Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Generate leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.

Maintain a record of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
B. Customer Support & Relationship Management

Address customer queries, complaints, and requests over the phone.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

Ensure positive customer experience and maintain strong relationships.
C. Information Gathering & Reporting

Collect customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information.

Update and maintain customer databases and CRM records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports for management.
D. Sales & Promotion Support

Promote company products or services effectively.

Support marketing campaigns via telephonic outreach.

Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and call management tools.

Ability to document calls, leads, and follow-ups accurately.
