Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data or cold-calling techniques.

Introduce the company’s products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.

Identify potential customers’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
-
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls for the sales team when necessary.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, or promotions.
-
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently, aiming to resolve issues on the first call.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport with customers by showing empathy, understanding, and patience.
-
Maintain ongoing communication with regular customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for service improvement.
4. Sales & Target Achievement
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Convert leads into confirmed sales by following effective sales scripts and persuasion techniques.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services wherever applicable.
5. Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM or call logs.

Update customer databases regularly to ensure accuracy.

Provide daily or weekly reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Skills & Competencies
Communication Skills
-
Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages (English, Hindi, and/or local languages).

Clear and confident telephone manner.
-
Ability to actively listen and respond appropriately to customer needs.
Sales & Persuasion Skills
-
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities to influence customer decisions.

Basic understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing methods.
Organizational Skills

Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a high volume of calls without compromising quality.

Attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
Technical Skills
-
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
