Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, patient, and motivated Telecaller to join our customer support and collections team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to borrowers listed in our internal database, provide clear information about their EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) dues, and guide them through the payment process.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a calm and respectful tone, and the ability to build trust over the phone. This role also involves maintaining proper records of all interactions, ensuring follow-ups, and submitting daily activity reports to the team lead.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to borrowers from our database
- Explain EMI details and guide them politely
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
- Submit daily report to the team lead
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass
- Hindi / Kannada / English
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Data Entry)
