Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and generate interest.

Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, or transfer calls to the sales team when necessary.

Receiving Inbound Calls:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.

Handle customer doubts, objections, or concerns tactfully.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify and qualify leads through cold calling or following up on inquiries.

Maintain records of leads, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software or spreadsheets.

Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the team leader or supervisor.

Convert leads into customers through persistent and professional follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong customer relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly tone.

Gather feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Maintain a customer database and update it regularly with relevant information.

Follow up with customers for post-sales support or renewals.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

Maintain detailed logs of calls and outcomes.

Prepare and submit daily call reports or activity summaries.

Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to products and telecalling techniques.
