Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain digital marketing services.

  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and set up meetings for the sales/marketing team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools or spreadsheets.

  • Answer incoming inquiries and convert them into potential leads.

  • Share service packages, collect client requirements, and forward them to the sales team.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using pre-defined scripts.

  • Generate leads and follow up on previous contacts to maintain the sales funnel.

  • Convince prospects to attend appointments, participate in product demonstrations, or consider buying products or services.

2. Inbound Calling and Query Handling:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or complaints with professionalism and patience.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

3. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.

  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions accordingly.

  • Take detailed feedback from customers and report insights to the management team.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls made and received, along with outcomes and customer feedback.

  • Update the customer database regularly to reflect new contact information, changes in preferences, or conversation notes.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads generated, and conversion rates.

5. Achieving Targets:

  • Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly targets related to number of calls, conversions, or sales.

  • Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships until conversion.

  • Contribute to the overall performance of the sales or support team.
