Job Description

Job Summary:
The Telecaller (Female Only) is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, promote products or services, schedule appointments, and provide customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone demeanor, and the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of maintaining a professional and friendly approach while dealing with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.

    • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.

    • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.

  2. Inbound Calling:

    • Handle incoming calls from existing or potential customers regarding queries, complaints, or support requests.

    • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

    • Record details of inquiries and communicate them to relevant departments.

  3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

    • Identify potential customers through databases, directories, or other sources.

    • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous contacts.

    • Maintain regular follow-up to convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.

  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while communicating with clients.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

    • Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve services and offerings.

  5. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in CRM systems or spreadsheets.

    • Update lead status, follow-up actions, and outcomes regularly.

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telecalling activities and achievements.

  6. Target Achievement:

    • Achieve individual and team targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments fixed.

    • Participate in incentive programs and campaigns aimed at meeting organizational goals.

    • Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in telecalling.

  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination.

    • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and briefing sessions to stay updated on products and campaigns.

    • Share insights, challenges, and best practices with colleagues to improve overall performance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.

  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively over the phone.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
