Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls

  • Call customers or clients to promote and explain the company’s products or services.

  • Deliver prepared scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase or inquire further.

  • Convince customers to book appointments, make purchases, or consider service upgrades.

  • Follow up on previous calls or leads to increase the chance of conversion.

2. Handling Inbound Calls

  • Answer calls from customers seeking information, support, or assistance.

  • Handle inquiries efficiently, politely, and within established service standards.

  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department when required.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.

3. Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, or inquiries.

  • Qualify leads by asking questions to understand customer needs and interest levels.

  • Input customer details and interaction history into the CRM system accurately.

  • Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with potential leads.

4. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone during calls to build rapport.

  • Listen carefully to customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.

  • Handle objections and rejections positively while remaining polite and persistent.

  • Offer personalized solutions or promotions based on customer profiles and preferences.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain records of calls, lead statuses, feedback, and conversions.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on call outcomes, sales achieved, and follow-up tasks.

  • Update customer databases and contact lists regularly to ensure accuracy.

  • Share critical issues or complaints with the supervisor or relevant department for resolution.

6. Meeting Targets and KPIs

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.

  • Monitor personal performance and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews.

  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
