'Telecaller Position Available'
Lead Generation Outbound Calling
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach (Outbound Calling)

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's products/services.

Introduce and explain the features and benefits of the product or service in a clear and convincing manner.

Use scripts or talking points provided to ensure consistency in communication.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
-
Generate leads and identify opportunities for sales or further engagement.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest or requested information.

Set appointments or schedule meetings for sales teams where required.
3. Handling Inbound Calls
-
Receive incoming calls from customers or prospects.
-
Answer questions related to product information, pricing, or availability.
-
Redirect calls to appropriate departments if needed.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
-
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information after every call.

Keep a record of calls made, customer responses, follow-up actions, and status of each lead.

Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share with the team leader or manager.
5. Customer Relationship Building
-
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Address customer queries, concerns, and objections politely and effectively.

Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business or referrals.
