Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric attitude to assist and engage with customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls – Manage a high volume of calls professionally and provide necessary information to customers.
Customer Engagement – Build relationships with potential and existing customers by answering their queries and resolving issues.
Lead Generation & Sales – Persuade customers to buy products/services and generate leads for business growth.
Maintain Records – Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow-ups – Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers and maintain regular contact.
Promote Offers & Services – Inform customers about new products, promotions, and discounts.
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills (English & regional languages preferred).
✅ Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
✅ Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
