Job Description

Urgent requirement for female candidates. Making calls in accordance with specifications, thoroughly explaining concepts, and arranging site or office visits. Follow up customers.. Need only female candidates who have good speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
- Make cold calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce the company, explain products or services, and persuade prospects to purchase or book appointments.
- Follow-up with previous contacts or inquiries to convert leads into customers.
Inbound Calling:
- Answer incoming calls from customers or prospects.
- Provide accurate information about the products, services, or company policies.
- Address customer queries, complaints, or requests and resolve them promptly.
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads and prospects through calling campaigns.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule to convert prospects into leads and ultimately sales.
- Keep a detailed record of calls, including the nature of inquiries and customer responses.
Sales Conversion:
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide pricing, product, and service details to interested customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services whenever possible.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with customers through effective communication.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain daily reports of calls made, responses received, and outcomes achieved.
- Update CRM systems or call logs regularly with accurate and complete information.
- Share customer feedback with the team or management for service improvements.
