Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and customer support team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential and existing customers, providing them with relevant information about our products or services, addressing their queries, and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with the sales team and managers to ensure that company goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services based on their requirements.

Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Receive incoming calls from potential or existing customers and provide information about products, services, or promotions.

Assist customers with inquiries, technical questions, or complaints, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Process orders, provide product recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.

Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and gather feedback for process improvement.
4. Sales Targets & Performance Monitoring:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the management team.

Achieve individual sales goals by effectively communicating product benefits and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.

Track and report progress on sales and lead generation efforts to the team leader or manager.

Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
5. Product Knowledge & Sales Pitch:

Stay up to date with product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Deliver effective sales pitches based on an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of the products/services to encourage purchase decisions.
6. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer details, conversations, and transactions in the CRM system.

Submit daily reports on call volume, sales figures, and customer feedback to the supervisor or manager.

Monitor the status of leads, follow-up timelines, and sales pipeline progress.
7. Meeting Compliance & Quality Standards:

Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and quality assurance standards during customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy policies, and data protection laws during telecalling activities.

Maintain a professional and polite demeanor during calls, representing the company’s values and standards.
