Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant property details.
• Explain project specifications, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
• Identify interested buyers and schedule site visits or meetings.

2. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management

• Maintain a database of leads and update their status regularly.
• Follow up with potential buyers and investors to nurture interest.
• Address customer queries related to property documentation, financing, and legal processes.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Team

• Work closely with sales executives and property consultants to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Provide feedback to marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends.
• Assist in promotional campaigns by sharing updates on new property launches and offers.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and conversions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
