- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties

- Market properties through advertising, open houses, and networking

- Negotiate prices and terms of sales

- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other documents

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant property details.
Explain project specifications, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
Identify interested buyers and schedule site visits or meetings.

2. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management

Maintain a database of leads and update their status regularly.
Follow up with potential buyers and investors to nurture interest.
Address customer queries related to property documentation, financing, and legal processes.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Team

Work closely with sales executives and property consultants to ensure smooth deal closures.
Provide feedback to marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends.
Assist in promotional campaigns by sharing updates on new property launches and offers.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and conversions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
