The candidate should have 1-2 years of work experience in Telecalling or a related role. Excellent Verbal Communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a Mandatory) Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
