Job Description

  • NOTE - (HINDI MUST) 
  • Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments 
  • Handling incoming calls: Addressing customer inquiries or complaints 
  • Following up with customers: Providing new products or services, documenting customer feedback, and checking in with existing clients 
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in a database 
  • Creating documentation: Writing down important information provided by customers and creating and maintaining paperwork based on telecalling conversations 
Telecaller should be excellent communicators with the convincing abilities, and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
