Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in South Indian languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for explaining products or services to customers over the phone, maintaining a positive and respectful tone, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and persuading customers, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Communication

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries politely.

Explain products or services in a clear, concise, and respectful manner.

Build trust and rapport with customers over the phone.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
2. Product Explanation & Promotion

Present the features, benefits, and pricing details of products effectively.

Handle objections and doubts confidently while maintaining professionalism.

Persuade customers to purchase products or subscribe to services.

Provide accurate and updated information to customers at all times.
3. Data Management & Follow-Ups

Maintain a database of customer information accurately.

Record details of conversations, feedback, and requirements for future reference.

Follow up with customers who showed interest but didn’t complete a purchase.

Coordinate with the sales team to close potential leads.
4. Customer Support & Problem Solving
-
Handle customer complaints and queries with patience and empathy.

Offer prompt solutions or escalate issues to higher authorities if required.

Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand experience.
5. Team Collaboration
-
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet company goals.

Share feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Participate in training programs to enhance telecalling and negotiation skills.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Communication Skills
-
Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, and/or Telugu is mandatory.
-
Good command over English and Hindi is an added advantage.
-
Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and respectfully.
-
Active listening skills to understand customer requirements.
2. Sales & Persuasion Skills
-
Ability to convince customers effectively.
-
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Confidence in promoting products and handling objections.
3. Personality & Behavioral Traits

Friendly, polite, and patient when handling customer queries.

Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn continuously.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (training provided if needed).

Comfortable working with computer systems and maintaining call records.
