Job Summary:
Selloship Services LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Selloship's services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition1 of our shipping and logistics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Selloship's services.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs.
- Explain the benefits and features of Selloship's platform.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about Selloship's services.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Stay updated on Selloship's services, pricing, and promotions.
- Contribute to team goals and overall sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is a plus.
