Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using a prepared script or provided lead list.

Introduce products, services, or offers and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.

Persuade customers to make a purchase, schedule a demo, or set an appointment with the sales team.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest or requested further information.
Inbound Call Handling

Answer incoming calls from customers or prospects regarding inquiries, support, or complaints.

Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.

Transfer calls to the relevant department when necessary.
Lead Generation and Sales Support

Collect and document customer information accurately during every call.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain lead status in CRM or call tracking systems.

Schedule callbacks or appointments for the field sales or business development team.

Support sales closure by addressing basic objections and sharing offers/promotions.
Customer Feedback and Data Collection

Conduct surveys or feedback calls to assess customer satisfaction and collect insights.

Update customer records, preferences, and responses in the system in real-time.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies while handling customer information.
Daily Reporting and Documentation

Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and feedback forms as per company guidelines.

Submit performance reports including calls made, outcomes, and follow-up schedules.

Track and report recurring customer queries, complaints, or trends to supervisors.
Skills and Competencies

Excellent Verbal Communication: Clear, confident, and pleasant speaking tone; fluency in required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages).

Listening Skills: Attentively understand customer concerns and respond appropriately.

Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and convince customers in a friendly, non-intrusive manner.
