Office Timing - 9 to 6
Week off - Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided data lists or CRM tools.

Present and promote various insurance and financial products (such as life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, personal loans, home loans, credit cards, etc.).

Explain the benefits, features, and terms of policies and financial services in a simple and understandable manner.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or direct sales conversion depending on the campaign.
2. Customer Interaction and Engagement:
-
Establish a rapport with customers to understand their needs and financial requirements.

Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions.

Answer customer questions regarding policy terms, claims process, payment methods, and other relevant information.

Follow up with potential leads and past contacts to ensure continuous engagement and conversion.
3. Database Management and Reporting:
-
Accurately maintain records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or call management system.

Update call logs, enter important details after each call, and ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports for performance analysis and campaign assessment.
4. Sales Support and Coordination:
-
Collaborate with field sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Coordinate with underwriters, policy processing departments, and customer service teams as needed.

Assist in gathering documentation and information from customers for policy issuance or financial product processing.
5. Meeting Performance Targets:

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets in terms of call volume, lead conversion, and sales closures.

Demonstrate a consistent performance with respect to quality and quantity benchmarks defined by the management.

Adapt strategies based on feedback and performance evaluations to enhance conversion rates.
