Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or marketing-generated leads.

Understand customer requirements related to car or home loans and provide appropriate information.

Generate interest and qualify leads based on income, employment, loan needs, and credit eligibility.

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with field sales executives or relationship managers.

Inbound Calls and Customer Assistance

Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding loan products and application status.

Respond to questions related to interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and loan processing.
-
Provide accurate and updated information to customers in a clear and friendly manner.

Product Promotion and Explanation
-
Clearly explain features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms of home and car loan products.
-
Inform customers about promotional offers, interest rates, processing fees, and flexible repayment options.
-
Help customers compare different loan plans as per their financial profile and preferences.

Loan Application Coordination
-
Guide interested customers on the documentation and application process.

Assist with basic application form-filling support over the phone or by directing them to the right resources.

Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for document collection, verification, and approval status updates.

Ensure that clients are regularly informed about the progress of their loan applications.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a polite, professional, and courteous tone in all communications.

Gather feedback from clients and escalate any complaints or complex queries to senior staff.

Follow up on pending applications and encourage inactive leads to re-engage.

Database Management and Reporting

Update CRM software with customer details, lead status, call summaries, and follow-up dates.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry of conversations and outcomes.

Provide daily or weekly reports on call volume, lead conversions, and performance metrics to supervisors.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the field sales, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing.

Share customer insights and common questions with the team to improve product communication.

Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and sales workshops.
