Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer service. If you're driven by targets, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.

  • Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.

  • Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products.

Qualifications

  • HSC Passed

  • Proven experience in loan processing or telecalling, preferably both.

  • Strong knowledge of loan products and financial regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
