Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to make outbound calls to customers, introduce the company’s products or services, and generate leads or handle inquiries effectively.
This role involves building positive relationships with potential and existing clients, following up on leads, and working closely with the sales or support team to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to prospects, leads, or existing customers using a given database or CRM system.

Introduce the company’s products or services to potential customers in a professional manner.

Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.

Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and qualify leads accordingly.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion

Generate leads for sales or service teams by identifying interested customers.

Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls as required by the sales process.

Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to maximize conversions.

Maintain records of conversations, outcomes, and customer interest in the CRM system.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Handle inbound inquiries courteously and resolve customer questions or concerns.

Update clients about new products, offers, renewals, or ongoing services.

Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Transfer complex queries to the relevant department or escalate if necessary.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping

Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback, interests, and status updates.

Maintain and update contact lists, call logs, and follow-up schedules.

Generate daily, weekly, or monthly call reports for internal analysis and review.
5. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, or operations teams to align messaging and lead follow-up.

Share insights or objections gathered from customers to help improve sales strategies or service delivery.

Attend team meetings and participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
