Job Overview:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls – Contact potential customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
- Handling Inbound Calls – Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Ups – Identify potential customers, maintain a database, and follow up to convert leads into sales.
- Explaining Product/Service Features – Clearly communicate benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintaining Call Records – Update call details, responses, and feedback in CRM software or Excel.
- Achieving Sales Targets – Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Handling Customer Objections & Queries – Address concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Booking Appointments & Site Visits – Schedule meetings or visits for interested customers (if applicable).
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams – Share customer insights and lead status updates with relevant departments.
- Providing After-Sales Support – Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Persuasive & Negotiation Skills – Capability to convince potential customers and handle objections.
- Basic Computer Knowledge – Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and data entry.
- Active Listening & Patience – Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately.
- Target-Oriented Approach – Ability to meet sales and lead generation goals.
- Multilingual Skills (Preferred) – Proficiency in English, Hindi, or regional languages for better customer interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
