Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
-
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products or services.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups.

Maintain consistent communication to nurture customer relationships.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
-
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
-
Record and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
3. Sales & Conversion
-
Convince customers to purchase products or services through effective communication.
-
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-
Cross-sell and upsell additional products when possible.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention.
-
Manage follow-up calls and resolve post-sale concerns.
-
Update customer databases accurately and ensure CRM software is properly utilized.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
-
Submit weekly and monthly reports on performance, targets, and achievements.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Communication Skills

Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Active listening and customer-friendly interaction abilities.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
2. Persuasive & Negotiation Skills

Confidently explain the value proposition of products or services.
3. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office, typing, and email handling.

Experience with CRM tools and telephone systems is an advantage.
