Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
-
Make cold calls and warm calls to potential customers to explain products or services.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and pass them to the sales team if required.

Convince customers to purchase products, subscribe to services, or book appointments.

Follow up on previously contacted leads to convert them into successful sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries.

Provide detailed information about products, services, or ongoing offers.

Redirect calls to relevant departments when required.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout the conversation.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Collect customer feedback and escalate issues to higher authorities if necessary.

Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to improve satisfaction.

Maintain a positive brand image during all customer interactions.
4. Data Entry & Record Keeping
-
Maintain accurate records of customer details, call logs, and feedback.

Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with relevant information.

Track call outcomes, leads generated, and sales conversions for reporting purposes.
5. Meeting Targets & KPIs
-
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain the required call quality standards and conversion ratios.

Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and improve performance.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of using computers, CRM software, and call center tools.

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.

Understanding of sales techniques and customer handling strategies.
